Bistar Flat Delivery & Shipping Policy

Unlike legacy brands that crush their mattresses into tiny cardboard boxes to save on shipping costs, Bistar prioritizes the lifespan of your mattress over our logistics budget. We manufacture heavy-duty, 100D rebonded foam beds, which means they are physically impossible to roll.

Every Bistar mattress is delivered 100% flat and uncompressed by our dedicated two-person logistics team to ensure the structural integrity of your bed remains flawless from our factory floor to your bedroom.

Delivery Zones & Timelines

Service Area: We currently offer exclusive direct-to-home delivery across all major pin codes in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) IST are eligible for Same-Day Delivery.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.
Scheduling: Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team will contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate a precise delivery time window so you aren't waiting around all day.

Delivery Options & Fees

Standard Flat Delivery (Free): Our team will safely deliver your uncompressed mattress directly to your bedroom and place it on your bed frame.
Premium "Live-Build" Delivery (₹999): Available exclusively for our zipper-cover models. Our technicians will deliver the mattress layers unzipped, allow you to physically inspect the 100D rebonded foam and premium top layers in your room, and then professionally stitch and assemble the mattress right in front of you. (Note: This is a non-refundable labor service).

Building Access & Clearances Because our mattresses are delivered fully flat and are built with heavy-duty materials, please ensure that your doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators have adequate clearance to accommodate the size of the mattress you ordered (Single, Double, Queen, or King).
